Can one account manage more than one clinic location?
Yes. Cloudheals is multi tenant. Each clinic gets its own doctors slots and WhatsApp number all visible from one login.
Who sets doctor availability?
Clinic staff set recurring slots per doctor from the portal. The WhatsApp bot only reads availability and books into it and never overrides what staff configure.
